Return policy
Return and reimbursement policy of Schwertz & Co.
At Schwertz & Co. we strive for 100% customer satisfaction with regard to your purchase of our sink and kitchen faucets. If you are nevertheless not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will use the following return and repayment procedures:
Return: You can return the product within 14 days of the date of purchase, provided that the following conditions have been met:
- The product is unused and is in the same condition as in which you have received it.
- The product is in the original packaging.
- You are in possession of the receipt or purchase invoice.
Important: If the product is damaged, is not in the original packaging or parts are missing for reasons that are not due to us, only a partial refund can take place.
Refunds: Once you have been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your repayment.
If your reimbursement is approved, it will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a set number of days.
Late or missing reimbursements: If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, since it can take a while before your repayment is officially credited.
If after all these steps you still have not received your repayment, please contact us via sales@smartby.nl.
Postage costs: The shipping costs for returning your item are for your account. These shipping costs are not reimbursed. In the event of a reimbursement, the costs of the return shipment of the total amount will be deducted.
We recommend that you use a traceable shipping service or to take out shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive you returned item.
Important: report damage within 5 days
We would like to point out that damage to an article received 5 days after receipt must be reported. If you notice damage, we request that you deliver clear photos of the item, the packaging, the environment of the box and the shipping label.
Keep in mind that unfortunately, after this 5 -day period, we can no longer submit or treat damage claims. This directive has been established to ensure that the damage settlement runs as smoothly as possible and to be able to report it to the carrier in time.
